Day 1

Whiskey Tour & Susukino Night View Arrival at Sapporo Station, soup curry lunch, Nikka Whiskey Yoichi Distillery, sushi dinner, Susukino Night View Yoichi Distillery is about 1 hour by JR from Sapporo. You cannot drive after tasting at the distillery, so be sure to take the train.

Soup Curry Yoshimi A famous soup curry restaurant near Sapporo Station. The signature ebi (shrimp) soup curry is a combination of large shrimp and Hokkaido vegetables. Nikka Whiskey Yoichi DistilleryA historic distillery founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whiskey. Couples can take a tour together while smelling the scent of single malt whiskey aged in Yoichi's climate, which is similar to Scotland. Limited edition whiskey tasting is also available for free.Tours are free, advance reservation required (official website). 3 free tastings provided. 3 minutes walk from Yoichi Station. Distillery-exclusive whiskey makes a great gift.

Sushi Zen Sapporo Station Branch is the top conveyor belt sushi in Hokkaido. The size and freshness of the neta (sushi ingredients) are completely different from those on the mainland. The winter-only botan ebi (sweet shrimp), salmon ikura, and crab sushi are especially popular. The reasonable price, even for two people, is attractive for couples. Popular 10-piece set 2,200 yen, Botan-ebi 350 yen, 3-piece crab set 980 yen. Wait 30 to 60 minutes after 6 p.m. Another option is to register your name at the reception desk and wait while walking around Susukino.

Susukino Night View WalkSapporo's largest entertainment district and a famous neon night view spot. In winter, snow and neon combine to create a fantastic atmosphere. The Nikka Whiskey sign is a symbolic photo spot in Sapporo. A nighttime walk with a cup of warm cocoa is romantic. The Nikka Whiskey neon sign was photographed at Susukino intersection. It's lively even after 10 o'clock in winter. Couple cocktails are also recommended at the bar "BAR YAMAZAKI".

Otaru Glass Workshop (Kitaichi Glass) A famous glass crafts company founded in 1901. In Building No. 3, 167 oil lamps decorate the ceiling, creating a fantastic cave-like atmosphere. If a couple participates in a glass making experience (3,000 yen or more) together, they will receive a one-of-a-kind souvenir. Advance reservations are recommended for the glass making experience. The oil lamp space in Building 3 is the most romantic. Adjacent to the Music Box Hall.

Spend a sweet time overlooking Otaru Street from the window seat on the second floor. Double fromage set 990 yen, strawberry parfait (winter only) 1,540 yen, chocolate set 1,100 yen. There is a waiting list on weekends and afternoons. I recommend the Pathos branch, which is quieter than the main branch.

Otaru Canal Night View When the 63 gas lamps light up after sunset, Otaru Canal becomes a completely different world. One of the most romantic night views in Japan, with the warm lighting of the stone warehouse, the lights reflecting off the canal, and even snowflakes in winter. During the "Otaru Snow Road" festival in February, thousands of candles are lit on both sides of the canal. Gas lights are turned on around sunset. Around 4:30 in winter. Asakusabashi Street is the best photo spot. If you have a tripod, you can take fantastic photos.

Otaru Masasushi Main Branch Otaru sushi restaurant, counter sushi with 50 years of tradition. Omakase style, where a craftsman prepares sushi right in front of you, is the best for a couples dinner. Shima-ebi (striped shrimp), Botan-ebi, and Hokkaido sea urchin are special for the winter only. Day 3

Night view of Mt. Moiwa & Jozankei Hot Springs Mt. Moiwa Observation Deck, French lunch, half day at Jozankei Hot Springs, Airport Mt. Moiwa is good during the day, but the night view is overwhelming. However, since it is the last day, it is recommended to visit Jozankei after visiting in the morning. There is a direct bus from Jozankei to the airport.

Moiwa Observation DeckThe best view point in Sapporo, selected as one of Japan's three new night views. When you transfer to the ropeway and mini cable car and climb to the top (531m), you will see a 180-degree panorama of Sapporo cityscape. There is a legend that good luck will come to couples if they ring the observatory's "Bell of Happiness" together. Ropeway + mini cable car round trip 2,100 yen. Winter operating hours: 11:00~22:00 (last inbound flight at 21:30). The night view is best after 17:00. Check operation by phone beforehand (service suspended in case of strong winds).

Jozankei OnsenA mountain hot spring town located one hour away by bus from downtown Sapporo. It is a hot spring area with 150 years of history, and in winter, the combination of snow-covered valleys and open-air baths is fantastic. You can enjoy alone time by using the private open-air bath (Kashikiriburo) exclusively for couples. Day trip hot spring (Higaeri) 1,500 yen and up. Hoheikyo Onsen has the best open-air bath atmosphere. Direct bus from Sapporo Station Bus Terminal (Jotetsu Bus, 780 yen).

삿포로 시내에서 버스 1시간 거리의 산골 온천 마을. 150년 역사의 온천지로, 겨울에는 눈 덮인 계곡과 노천탕의 조합이 환상적입니다. 커플 전용 프라이빗 노천탕(카시키리부로)을 이용하면 둘만의 시간을 즐길 수 있어요.
